Such a poignant moment. It made me wonder if those children realised how fortunate they are. Impossible to tour the Foundling Hospital without total emotional meltdown. My mother was raised in an orphanage during the Depression, and suffers side effects from malnutrition -- but defends the orphanage to this day, as a place that saved her, gave her a fighting chance.
